Launching CRUSH in early 2021, Eric uses his extensive expertise in concrete/asphalt crushing production, material gradations, and material applications to lead CRUSH for success. Eric has 20 years of experience in concrete/asphalt recycling.
Eric is a proud member of both Volusia County Association for Responsible Development and Volusia Home Builders Association. Eric’s goal is to grow CRUSH to the largest Concrete recycling and materials upcycling company in Central Florida.
With many years of experience in the business side of the materials and construction industry, Dianna’s business acumen and ability to quickly evaluate, understand, and remedy situations was key in CRUSH’s success from Day 1. With a degree in Business Supervision and Management, Dianna oversees the Human Resources responsibilities at CRUSH, and also is directly involved in CRUSH’s Advertising, Marketing, and Social Media platforms. Dianna also contributes greatly as a volunteer in CRUSH’s community.
Joaquin, who is known throughout the materials and trucking industry in Florida as “JP”, has 18 years in the demolition, trucking, and recycled material sales arena. JP is responsible for all sales relationships for CRUSH and is critical to CRUSH’s inventory and production strategies of CRUSH’s 12 locations along the I-4 corridor, assuring CRUSH’s many customers of materials always being available for their next project.
JP has his bachelor’s in business with emphasis on marketing and sales. JP is fluent in English and Spanish.
Originally from Ohio, Ruthie has 14 years of experience as a corporate/company accountant. As a valued member of the CRUSH Supply team, Ruthie assures CRUSH’s financial state is solid for the future. No matter the challenge, Ruthie strives to research and discover an answer to whatever comes her way. Ruthie also pilots CRUSH’s accounts receivable and payable departments along will account billing and vendor qualification.
